Galvanized Steel Strip

Galvanized steel strip is processed by ordinary steel strip pickling, galvanizing, packaging and other processes. It is widely used because of its good anti-corrosion performance. It is mainly used to make metal products that are cold-worked and no longer galvanized. For example: metal products such as light steel keels, peach-shaped columns for guardrails, sinks, rolling doors, bridges, etc.

Galvanized steel is mild steel with a coating of zinc. The zinc protects the steel by providing cathodic protection to the exposed steel, so should the surface be damaged the zinc will corrode in preference to the steel. Zinc steel is one of the most widely used products, used extensively in the building sector, automotive, agricultural and other areas where the steel needs to be protected from corrosion.

Product Parameters

(1) Raw material: the thicker the raw material steel plate, the smaller the surface roughness, the larger the zinc flower.
(2) Cooling rate: the faster the cooling rate, the shorter the crystal growth time, the smaller the zinc flower.
(3) Number of crystal nuclei: The size of zinc flower is closely related to the number of crystal nuclei of zinc flower. When the surface of steel base is rough or the surface cleanliness is poor, the zinc flower is relatively small. Zinc grains are formed on steel base, and the more nuclei there are, the smaller the zinc flowers will be. This principle is used in the production process of small zinc flowers.
